The Civic has been in the garage since Sunday without moving. So when my sister tried to start it, it made a coughing noise and wouldn't budge. I tried to pump the gas and turn the ignition, but the dang thing just sputtered out smoke. So we called Handyman Uncle Ken Chiu over, and voila, with a twist of the key it works. He has some kinda magic touch.
